I am considering buying this machine. I dont know if I should buy the mid mower (60 or 72") or buy a Bush Hog. I also wanted an auger and the loader.

Anyone own this 2910 and what do you think of it? How is the maintenance on it as well?

Thanks for your input.

Rich the B-2910 has been an excellent machine if you follow the talks on this or any of the boards. It was built to replace the B-2150 which has been a good unit. ....

I have had my 2910 for 18 months and can't say enough good about it. It uses less fuel than my old 11 hp Snapper. The belly mower is great if you have to mow close to things and turn tight,BUT it costs about $1000 more than a finish mower (I have a 72" Woods)and if you have uneven ground with objects that you may not see and hit it will push a belly mower up into the tractor where the pull mower MAY jump over it. The pull mower takes more room to turn but is faster to take off, don't try to hog brush with either mower as it will shorten the bearing life dramaticly just get a bush hog for that (I use a 60" with no problem) ....

We have a 2710 that is brand new. We love it. 2910 is just a little more money. We didn't think we would use the extra options. Can say enough. If you haven't purchased Check out Carverequipment.com ....

If you get a backhoe buy a WOODS with the sub-frame rather than the three point hitch. Stronger set up. That's just our opinion ....

Purchased my 2910 earlier this year. The machine now has 70 hours on it and it has performed flawlessly. The amount of projects I have found for the machine is amazing.

I highly recommend the 2910. ....
